This 2 Building complex is located two (2) blocks west of Skinker Blvd. and two (2) blocks North of Delmar Blvd. in the Parkview Gardens sub-division of University City, MO., within a 15 minute walk of Washington University. Complex description
Each of the buildings has 12 apartments, three (3) floors, four (4) apartments to each floor, each opening into the central hall-way. The buildings are constructed of solid masonry w/red-brick exterior walls. All windows have aluminum storms and screens. The central hallway has staircases both front and rear. The main entry door is controlled by a security intercome entry system with audio & door lock controls in each apartment. The exterior perimeter of the complex has dawn to dusk light on all sides, with both off-street (in back) and on-street,(in front) parking. The complex has been owned and managed by the same family since 1972.

Living environment
The immediate area consists of multi-family apartment buildings. The majority of which are owned by Washington University, which uses them to house students and staff. There are a few buildings which are available for rental to the public, with some occupied by families.
Living conveniences.
The complex is two (2) blocks from a local supermarket. There are laundry facilities in the basement of each bldg.. A Bi-State bus route passes in front of the complex and the Metro-Link train station is a 15 minute walk to the East. In addition, the popular cafe and shopping area known as the "Delmar Loop" is two (2) blocks south and the WUSTL campus shuttle bus stops directly in front of the complex, with quick connections to the Medical Center and other local destinations, such as "Schnucks Markets", "The Galleria" and other local shopping attractions.

From BIG BEND & FORSYTH,(NW corner of campus), go North to Delmar, turn right and go East 1/4 mile to Westgate Ave.,(stop light). Turn left (North), go almost two streets.
